Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public access to many court and public records, but Malheur County uses a split records structure. Circuit Court handles criminal, civil, family, divorce, probate proceedings, dockets, and jury matters. Justice Court in Ontario handles many traffic, violation, small-claims, eviction, and municipal functions for Ontario and Nyssa. The County Clerk handles marriage licenses, probate files and indexes, recordings, elections, passports, and property value appeals. The Sheriff's Office handles jail and law-enforcement records.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
